relates to the masses is what im tryna make” Meko explains. “Not enough rappers in the industry today do that. You’ll find me reading music magazines, watching
MTV/BET/VH1, or digging deep in the records stores in order to stay on top of the game, which allows me to sleep on nothing.”

When he was in the 8th grade many
of his friends started to rap. Meko, who was good at writing rhymes at a young age decided to make his friends some songs on his friends 4 track, since no
one else was. Ever since then he's listened to music fanatically. Inspired by mc's like Nas, Jay-z, and E-40, Meko would listen for the techniques used in
verses to make a beat jump. He would take those techniques and apply it to his own music to make the perfect song. Meko extends his thirst for the perfect
song by taking artists who have inspired him and striving to be comparible if not bigger.

Meko has already worked with established artists such as Turf
Talk, The Team, San Quinn, Mr. Fab, Messy Marv, and Mike Marshall. He is currently wrapping up a high anticipated album” Now or Never ", getting ready to
release "C.A.K.E" Vol.1 and 2, and getting ready to start his whole promotion campaign. Currently Meko has been perfecting his rapping skills working heavily
with underground heavyweight producers Stay Fly, Bathing Aeks, and Traxamillion. “I’m not trying to just do,say, or make anything,” Meko says, summing up
his vision as a mc.
“I’m just bringing music that is real, that is soulful, that is undeniably body moving and neck breakin. I am just like you,” he adds, “ I
love music, and I’m a fan. I want to make people feel how music makes me feel . . . complete”
